Claiming the Lifetime Replacement
PLACE YOUR ORDER:
To be eligible for the Lifetime Replacement Program ("PROGRAM"), the parts you wish to replace must have been purchased from MyTPMS Australia after July 1, 2024 ("Qualifying Parts"). There is no time limit for using the Lifetime Replacement Program, so enjoy worry-free motoring with your new parts!
Start the Lifetime
Replacement Returns Process:
If you need to replace your Qualifying Parts, we make it easy! Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will automatically create and email a return authorization number ("RMA") for your qualifying order once the replacement order ships.
SEND THE PARTS BACK TO US:
Once you receive your replacement order, follow these steps:
(1) Place the old Qualifying Parts in the same box that your replacement order arrived in or similar,
(2) Include your RMA form in the box.
(3) Ship the box back to us. If we receive any parts that are not Qualifying Parts (e.g., parts not purchased from us, incorrect parts, or parts purchased before July 1, 2024), we will dispose of them and will not process your return.
GET YOUR FREE REPLACEMENT SENSORS
Once we receive and process your return, we will send out your new tyre pressure sensors based on the original order. It's that straightforward. Yes, you can do this as often as you like for the lifetime of the vehicles you purchase.
WHAT ISN'T COVERED
- If you placed a Lifetime Replacement order that you no longer need, you may not return the item for a refund. You can only replace it under the Program.
- We will not cover any parts that have been involved in an accident or collision.
- At this time, wholesale accounts are excluded from the Program. However, wholesale accounts are covered by an industry-leading 2-year product warranty.
- Customers who return misused, incorrectly installed, modified items or return items before they have failed or are fully-used, will not be eligible for the Lifetime Replacement Program.
