About This Statement & Its Purpose

This statement is published by MyTPMS Australia , the registered business name operated by The Trustee for Automate TPMS Australia Trust, ABN 53 807 701 500 . It explains how we describe our own-brand products, third-party brands, genuine original-equipment products and aftermarket replacements at mytpms.com.au .

Customers should be able to identify the seller, understand which brand they are purchasing, check the stated vehicle application and find the applicable warranty and returns information before placing an order. This statement provides general information; the individual product listing identifies the actual item, quantity, condition, availability and included accessories.

Our commitment: We sell products as described and do not represent counterfeit goods as genuine, used goods as new, or an aftermarket sensor as a genuine vehicle-manufacturer part. Please contact us about any uncertainty or discrepancy before purchase or as soon as it is noticed.

This page is not a certificate of manufacturer authorisation, a blanket product-compliance certificate or a replacement for the Warranty Policy and Returns & Refund Policy . It does not remove rights or product promises that apply to an existing purchase.

Section 02

Business Identity & Legal Registration

Section 03

Our Product Range — Brands, Replacement Parts & Kits

Our range includes own-brand products, third-party branded products, genuine original-equipment items and aftermarket replacements, plus kits combining sensors and tools. These descriptions identify different product types; they do not establish a manufacturer endorsement or guarantee that every product has the same origin, warranty or vehicle coverage.

Tier 1 — Own Brand
AUTOMATE
Our Own-Brand Range
AUTOMATE is the name used for our own-brand TPMS sensors, compatible tools and kits. The actual product specification, application and included items are stated in the relevant listing.
Tier 2 — Third-Party Brand
Autel
Independent Retail Supply
Autel-branded sensors and tools are offered as genuine Autel products sourced through our trade suppliers. They are distinct from AUTOMATE-branded products. This statement does not claim appointment as an Autel authorised distributor.
Tier 2 — Third-Party Brand
Hamaton U-Pro
Independent Retail Supply
Hamaton U-Pro products are offered as genuine Hamaton-branded sensors sourced through our trade suppliers. This statement does not claim appointment as a Hamaton authorised distributor.
Tier 3 — Application-Specific Parts
Genuine & Compatible Sensors
Check the Listed Brand
A genuine branded part and a compatible aftermarket replacement are different offers. The individual listing must identify which is supplied; “OE-compatible” alone does not mean genuine vehicle-manufacturer stock.
Tier 4 — Vehicle-Specific Kits
DIY TPMS Master Kits
Sensors & Compatible Tools
Kit contents depend on the vehicle and selected package. Check the sensor brand, tool type, quantity, programming requirements and component-specific warranty information in the kit listing.

A vehicle name or OE reference in a compatible-part listing identifies the intended application. It does not change the supplied product’s brand. For help identifying a particular item, send its product link or part number to [email protected] .

Section 04

The AUTOMATE Brand — Products, Support & Warranty

AUTOMATE is our own-brand range supplied by MyTPMS Australia. The range includes TPMS sensors, programming and diagnostic tools, and vehicle-specific DIY kits. Own-brand supply does not mean that a product was manufactured in Australia, made by a vehicle manufacturer or developed entirely in-house.

What This Means for Customers
  • Seller support: Contact MyTPMS Australia for product information, order enquiries and assessment of a problem with an AUTOMATE item purchased from us.
  • Sensor warranty: Eligible AUTOMATE TPMS sensors are offered with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under our published Warranty Policy . This is not an unconditional replacement promise. Check that policy for the meaning of lifetime, eligibility, coverage, exclusions and claim arrangements.
  • Separate kit components: A lifetime sensor warranty does not, by itself, give a programming tool or other kit accessory lifetime cover. Read the applicable kit listing and warranty information for each component.
  • Model-specific specifications: Frequency, protocol coverage, programming method, battery information and compatibility relate to the particular model. “OE-compatible” describes a replacement application, not manufacture or approval by the vehicle brand.
  • Companion software: Use the app or software specified for your tool through our Application Downloads page. Publisher, licensing, device support and update terms belong to the relevant application. This statement does not claim ownership of third-party software.
AUTOMATE Product Range Summary
Product Brand / Supply Category Warranty & Support Information
AUTOMATE TPMS Sensors AUTOMATE / MyTPMS Australia Aftermarket replacement sensors Lifetime manufacturing-defect cover for eligible sensors, subject to the Warranty Policy .
AUTOMATE A01 Tool AUTOMATE / MyTPMS Australia TPMS service tool Refer to the tool listing and Warranty Policy; the sensor lifetime warranty does not automatically apply.
AUTOMATE A02 Tool with OBD AUTOMATE / MyTPMS Australia TPMS / OBD service tool Refer to the tool listing and Warranty Policy; tool coverage is separate from sensor coverage.
AUTOMATE DIY TPMS Kits Brands and components as listed Vehicle-specific sensor and tool kit Check the kit listing and Warranty Policy for each component. No single warranty period is assigned to all kits by this statement.
Compatible TPMS Apps Publisher identified in the app listing Companion software See the download and publisher information for supported devices, licensing and updates.

Existing purchases: This clarification does not withdraw warranty promises or representations supplied when you bought a product. If your order documents and a policy page differ, contact us with those details so we can assess the purchase and the promises made. Your non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Section 05

Autel Products — Independent Retail Supply

Autel-branded TPMS sensors and diagnostic tools listed on mytpms.com.au are offered as genuine Autel products sourced through our trade suppliers. We describe Autel products separately from our AUTOMATE range and do not represent an AUTOMATE product as an Autel-branded item.

Product Identity & Support
  • Retail relationship: MyTPMS Australia supplies these products as an independent retailer. Our use of the Autel name identifies the products offered; this statement does not claim that Autel has appointed us as an authorised distributor, exclusive agent or official partner.
  • Product details: Check the listed model, region, condition, included accessories and any activation or software requirements. Packaging and identifiers should be assessed for the particular model, rather than assumed to be identical across every Autel product.
  • Warranty and remedies: MyTPMS Australia is your seller contact for a problem with an Autel item purchased from us. Any additional manufacturer warranty depends on the applicable product, region and warranty terms. Manufacturer coverage is not implied solely by our supply of the product, and it does not replace your rights against us under applicable consumer law.
  • Brand ownership: Autel names, logos and product marks belong to their respective rights holders. MyTPMS Australia does not claim ownership of the Autel brand.

For model identification, supply information or a warranty enquiry, contact [email protected] with the product link or order number. Ask before purchase if a particular manufacturer warranty or regional software entitlement is essential to your order.

Section 06

Hamaton U-Pro Products — Independent Retail Supply

Hamaton U-Pro sensors listed on our website are offered as genuine Hamaton products sourced through our trade suppliers. They are described under the Hamaton brand, separately from AUTOMATE-branded sensors or other compatible replacement products.

Product Identity & Support
  • Retail relationship: MyTPMS Australia supplies these products as an independent retailer. This statement does not claim an appointment as Hamaton’s authorised distributor, exclusive representative or official partner.
  • Model and application: Check the product model, listed frequency, vehicle application, valve type and programming requirements. A brand name alone is not a confirmation of fitment for every vehicle.
  • After-sales support: Contact MyTPMS Australia about a Hamaton product purchased from us. Any additional manufacturer warranty is subject to its applicable terms and eligibility. We remain responsible for handling consumer-law remedies that apply to us as the seller.
  • Brand ownership: The Hamaton and U-Pro names, logos and product marks belong to their respective rights holders. We use them to identify the products offered, not to claim ownership or endorsement.

Send any questions about the specific supply arrangement, product identification or warranty to [email protected] before ordering where those details are important to your purchase.

Section 07

Genuine OE & Aftermarket Sensors — Accurate Descriptions

Our catalogue includes different types of replacement TPMS sensors. A genuine branded part, an original-equipment supplier’s part and an aftermarket compatible replacement must not be treated as interchangeable descriptions of origin. The product listing should identify the brand and what is actually supplied.

Understanding the Description
  • Genuine branded product: Identifies a product supplied under the stated brand. A claim that a product is a genuine vehicle-manufacturer part should be supported for that particular item.
  • OE-compatible or aftermarket replacement: Identifies an alternative intended for a stated application. It does not mean the vehicle manufacturer made, supplied, endorsed or approved the product.
  • OE part-number reference: May be a cross-reference to the part being replaced. It must not be presented as the aftermarket product’s own manufacturer identifier where it is only a compatibility reference.
  • Programming and fitment: Use the vehicle details and instructions stated in the listing. Matching an OE reference or frequency alone is not a promise that every installation will use the same programming or relearn procedure.
Before You Order

Check the product brand, quantity, vehicle year and market, valve type, application notes and whether programming or registration is required. If the page is unclear about genuine versus aftermarket supply, contact us before purchase so the specific offer can be clarified.

References to vehicle makes and models identify intended compatibility. They do not turn an AUTOMATE replacement sensor into a Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru or other vehicle-manufacturer-branded product.

Section 08

Supply Information & Authenticity Enquiries

Product identity should be assessed using information relevant to the particular item and purchase. General statements about a range are not a substitute for a model number, supplier record, correct product description or applicable documentation.

Information We Can Review With You
Order & Supply Records
An order number, invoice and product reference help us identify the item supplied and investigate relevant supply records. Commercial records may need to be redacted before sharing.
Product Identification
Photos of the item, labels, packaging and any available serial or batch number help us check whether it matches the ordered product.
Authenticity Concerns
Please report a suspected counterfeit or incorrectly described item. We will investigate the particular concern and arrange an appropriate response if a problem is confirmed.
Dispatch & Transit
Use the dispatch information and tracking supplied for your order. Report transit damage or a delivery problem so it can be investigated; tracked shipping does not guarantee damage-free transit.
Technical Information
Ask for the specification or supporting information relevant to the exact model. No test result, certification or performance comparison is asserted for every product by this statement.
Listing Corrections
Send a product link and details of any incorrect brand, application, availability or specification. We will review the reported discrepancy and correct confirmed errors.

Where a particular record is unavailable or requires confirmation from a supplier, we will explain that rather than treat this page as proof that the record exists. Contact [email protected] with the product and information you need.

Section 09

How Customers Can Check Product Identity

The following checks can help identify an incorrect or unexpected item. No single feature, including packaging, a compliance mark or successful communication with a tool, independently proves that a product is genuine.

1
Compare the Item With Your Order
Check the brand, model, part reference, quantity and accessories against the product listing and your order confirmation. Keep the invoice and any written advice supplied with the order.
2
Review Packaging & Identifiers
Look for the model and any serial, batch or product markings expected for that item. Packaging can differ between retail, trade and bulk supply; an unexpected presentation should be checked rather than treated as proof of counterfeiting.
3
Check the Exact Model & Application
Compare the supplied item with the listed vehicle application and instructions. An activation or fitment problem is a reason to seek technical support, not by itself a finding that the item is counterfeit.
4
Ask About Relevant Documentation
For questions about product origin, manufacturer warranty or compliance, provide the exact product reference. A document must relate to that model; marks or paperwork for another product are not a substitute.
5
Contact Us About a Discrepancy
Email [email protected] or call 1300 818 030 with your order number and photographs. Avoid fitting an item you believe is incorrect or unsafe while we investigate. Having already fitted it does not automatically remove applicable consumer rights.
Section 10

Products & Descriptions We Do Not Accept

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products or describe an item under a brand it does not belong to. Product condition, source descriptions and compatibility information must reflect the item offered.

Report a concern: If a product appears different from its description or raises an authenticity or safety concern, contact us with the product link, order reference and supporting photographs. We will investigate rather than rely on a general assurance from this page.

  • Counterfeit branding: We do not represent a product bearing false brand identification as a genuine item from that brand.
  • Misleading condition: A used, refurbished or remanufactured item must not be described as new. A product’s packaging alone is not a complete description of its condition.
  • False genuine/OE claims: We do not describe an aftermarket replacement as a genuine vehicle-manufacturer part merely because it fits the same application or carries an OE cross-reference.
  • Unsupported claims: We do not knowingly publish false information about fitment, performance, approval, product origin or manufacturer relationships.
  • Unsafe or recalled products: We do not knowingly supply products subject to an applicable safety recall or supply prohibition. A confirmed issue will be handled in accordance with the relevant safety and consumer requirements.

A genuine product imported outside a manufacturer’s authorised distribution network is not automatically a counterfeit. Such supply can involve different regional features or manufacturer-warranty arrangements. Any relevant differences need to be explained for the particular offer; this statement does not assert that every third-party product comes through an authorised Australian distributor. See the ACCC’s information about parallel imports .

Section 11

Pricing, Availability & Order Information

Product prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) . Prices presented to Australian retail customers include applicable GST. Check the selected product or kit variation, quantity and included items when comparing prices.

Clear Purchasing Information
  • Product price: The price must relate to the actual item or selected variation offered. A single-sensor price must not be presented as the price of a four-sensor kit.
  • Delivery costs: See the Shipping Policy and checkout for the applicable destination and delivery method. This statement does not introduce a separate shipping charge, free-shipping threshold or delivery-time promise.
  • Availability: Check the live stock status and dispatch information for the selected item. A catalogue listing is not an assurance that every item is held in stock at all times.
  • Promotions: A discount or comparison price should reflect a genuine offer and explain its conditions. A discount code is valid only where its current promotion says so; no code is activated by this statement.
  • Price or stock discrepancies: Please report differences between an advertisement, product page and checkout. We will review confirmed errors and contact affected customers where necessary rather than add an unexpected charge without agreement.

Product details, shipping information and the final order total should be available before payment. Refer to our Payment Security Policy and Terms & Conditions for the applicable purchasing arrangements.

Section 12

Brand Names, Intellectual Property & Third-Party References

MyTPMS Australia uses its own store identity and the AUTOMATE name for its own-brand range. Third-party product and vehicle names are used to identify the products offered or their intended applications. These uses do not, by themselves, indicate sponsorship, approval or an official commercial relationship.

Our Branding, Content & Software References
  • AUTOMATE branding: Identifies our own-brand range. This statement does not make a claim about worldwide trademark registration or exclusive ownership of every use of the word “Automate”.
  • Website material: Original material and third-party material are subject to their respective ownership and licence arrangements. Contact us before reusing our original product photographs, guides or other content; no ownership of another party’s materials is claimed.
  • Applications and firmware: Ownership, licensing and support depend on the identified software publisher and the relevant terms. Providing a download link or supplying a compatible tool does not establish that MyTPMS Australia owns the application source code.
Third-Party Names We Reference
Brand / Name Rights Holder Purpose of the Reference
Autel Respective Autel rights holders To identify Autel-branded products offered for sale, without claiming an authorised-distributor appointment.
Hamaton / U-Pro Respective Hamaton / U-Pro rights holders To identify Hamaton-branded products offered for sale, without claiming an authorised-distributor appointment.
Vehicle makes and models Respective vehicle-brand rights holders To identify the intended application, or the actual brand of a genuine item where stated. Compatibility references do not imply endorsement.
Apps and other software Relevant publisher or rights holder To identify software used with a particular tool or product, subject to its own licensing and support terms.

Independent business: MyTPMS Australia is not represented by this page as a vehicle manufacturer, a vehicle brand’s authorised dealer, or an official partner of a third-party brand. Any separately claimed appointment would need its own specific, current supporting basis.

Section 13

Advertising & Product Representation

Our aim is to present the same product accurately in its listing, advertisements and customer communications. A general brand statement cannot replace correct information about the individual offer.

Information Customers Should Be Able to Check
  • Brand and product type: Whether the item is AUTOMATE-branded, a genuine third-party product or another aftermarket replacement. Vehicle names should not obscure the actual supplied brand.
  • Contents and condition: The number of sensors, included valves, tools and accessories, and whether the product is new or otherwise described. Images should not suggest extra items that are not included.
  • Vehicle application: Relevant model, year, market and installation information. Ask for help where the application is uncertain; a broad compatibility phrase is not a guarantee for every vehicle or configuration.
  • Performance and origin: Claims about specifications, country of manufacture, components, certifications or OE-equivalent performance should have a basis for the actual model supplied. Australian retail supply alone does not mean Australian manufacture.
  • Price and availability: The advertised offer should correspond to a purchasable item at the stated price and stock status, including any clearly disclosed order conditions.
  • Warranty: A warranty headline must be read with its clearly available terms and must not imply that every product or kit component has the same cover. Consumer rights are additional to voluntary warranty terms.

Report a suspected listing error with the product URL and the information that appears incorrect. We will review it and correct confirmed errors. Publishing this statement is not a claim that Google or another platform has approved or certified our business.

Section 14

Australian Consumer Rights & Seller Responsibilities

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, its consumer guarantees are separate from a manufacturer’s warranty or a voluntary warranty offered by MyTPMS Australia. This statement and our other policies do not exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How This Relates to Your Purchase
Topic What It Means Where to Get Help
Product description Where consumer guarantees apply, the goods must match their description, including the brand and product represented. Send the listing, order reference and details of the difference to our team.
Quality and suitability Consumer guarantees can apply to acceptable quality and fitness for a disclosed purpose, independently of voluntary warranty terms. Explain the issue and the application discussed when ordering.
Warranty coverage The end of a voluntary warranty does not automatically end applicable consumer rights. Refer to your purchase records and contact us for assessment.
Available remedies The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law; it can include repair, replacement or refund. Use our Returns & Refund Policy for contact and return arrangements.
Change of mind A voluntary change-of-mind policy is different from rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Read the change-of-mind terms separately from warranty and consumer-guarantee information.

You may contact us directly about a problem with a product purchased from us. You are not required to deal only with a manufacturer. A request for prompt reporting or assessment does not automatically remove a consumer-law remedy.

For independent guidance, see the ACCC’s information on warranties and repairs, replacements and refunds . You may also seek assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria or the relevant consumer agency. A report to the ACCC is not a substitute for an individual dispute-resolution process.

Section 15

International Orders & Product Suitability

International delivery options depend on the product and destination shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. Shipping a product to a country is not, by itself, proof that every model is suitable, approved or supported for use in that country.

Before ordering for use outside Australia, check the exact vehicle application, product version and any regional software or manufacturer-warranty restrictions. Relevant import, safety and radio requirements may differ. This page does not certify the entire catalogue for every market.

Australia
Check the model’s Australian application and applicable product-compliance information.
New Zealand
Confirm the product version, local application and any relevant regional requirements.
United Kingdom
Confirm destination availability, product suitability and applicable warranty arrangements.
European Union
Specify the destination country and exact product when seeking compliance information.
United States
Check the correct regional vehicle and product version before purchase.
Canada
Confirm the vehicle application and any model-specific regional documentation needed.
Singapore
Check delivery availability and the product’s suitability for its intended use.
Japan
Confirm the local vehicle specification and relevant product version before ordering.

These destination notes are not a guarantee of delivery to every address or a declaration of legal approval in each country. Contact us with the intended product and destination when clarification is needed. Nothing here transfers to customers a legal responsibility that belongs to us as the seller or removes mandatory consumer protections.

Section 16

Reporting an Authenticity or Product Concern

An unexpected label, packaging difference, low price or operational problem is a reason to investigate; it is not conclusive evidence of counterfeiting. Please provide the specific product information so the concern can be assessed fairly.

Useful Information to Provide
  • Purchase details: Your order number, invoice, product link and date of purchase.
  • Photographs: The item, packaging, label, part number and any available serial or batch identifier.
  • The discrepancy: Which description, model, marking or supplied item differs from what you expected.
  • Technical context: Relevant vehicle details, tool used and the observed issue. An installation problem does not by itself establish product origin.
Reporting Options
1
Contact MyTPMS Australia
Email [email protected] or call 1300 818 030 . Do not continue using an item you believe is unsafe. We will review the information and explain the next steps for assessment.
2
Seek Independent Consumer or Brand Guidance
You may seek guidance from the relevant consumer agency or the product’s brand owner. Suspected misleading business conduct can be reported through the ACCC’s reporting service ; the ACCC does not resolve individual consumer disputes.
3
Check Rights and Escalation Options
For general information about Australian intellectual-property rights and registers, visit IP Australia . A specific infringement concern may require advice from the rights holder or an appropriate professional.

We may request further information or seek confirmation from a supplier or brand owner. If the supplied product is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed, the available remedy will be assessed under the applicable purchase terms and consumer law.

Section 17

Product-Specific Compliance Information

Compliance information must relate to the exact product model and intended market . This statement does not certify every AUTOMATE, Autel, Hamaton or other product to the same standards, and it does not claim that all products carry every international compliance mark.

Exact Product Model
Intended Market
Relevant Documentation
Model-Specific Enquiries
Requesting Documentation

Contact [email protected] with the product name, model, destination and type of information required. We can review the documentation available for that item and seek clarification where needed. A general badge or a report for a different model is not a substitute for relevant evidence.

For products regulated by ACMA, the applicable Australian rules, evidence and labelling requirements must be met. An overseas marking such as CE does not, by itself, establish compliance with Australian requirements. For independent information, see ACMA’s supplier guidance .

Compliance and authenticity are different checks. A mark, serial number or successful activation does not, on its own, verify the brand or supply history of an item. Product identity, applicable documentation and the specific supply record should be considered together.

Where documentation is not available or does not establish the claim requested, that limitation should be made clear rather than inferred away. This page makes no blanket claim of CE, FCC, ISED, RoHS, ISO or UNECE approval for the entire range.

Section 18

Changes to This Statement

This statement may be revised to clarify product descriptions, contact information, supply relationships or the range offered. The revision date appears at the top of the page. Related product listings and policy pages should be kept consistent when relevant information changes.

An update to this statement does not retrospectively remove a warranty, representation or statutory right that applied when a customer purchased a product. Warranty questions about an existing order should be assessed using the applicable purchase information and law, not by treating the newest version of this page as a reduction of earlier rights.

Contact [email protected] about any inconsistency between a product listing, order document and policy page. Include the relevant links or copies so we can review the specific issue.

Section 19

Related Policies & Product Information

Read this statement alongside the applicable product listing and the policies below. Each page addresses a different topic; this brand statement does not introduce separate delivery estimates, return windows or warranty periods.
