Section 03
Product Information, Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product information, specifications, images, compatibility charts, and descriptions published on our website are accurate, complete, and current. All TPMS sensors, diagnostic tools, and accessories listed on our website are physical goods that exist in stock and are available for genuine sale. We do not list or advertise products we do not carry or cannot supply.

Our Product Accuracy Standards
  • Sensor Compatibility: Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide and is based on manufacturer specifications and our own field testing. Compatibility may vary depending on vehicle build year, trim level, regional production variant, and TPMS protocol. Always confirm compatibility before purchasing by contacting our team.
  • Product Images: All product images represent the actual product supplied. Minor variations in colour tone or packaging may occur between production batches but will not affect the stated performance, specification, or function of the item.
  • Technical Specifications: Frequency, communication protocol, battery life estimates, and operating range specifications are derived from manufacturer datasheets and our own testing environment. Actual performance may vary depending on the specific vehicle model, environmental conditions, and installation quality.
  • Firmware and Software: For programmable sensors and diagnostic tools, software and firmware details described on product pages reflect versions current at the time of listing. We release firmware updates regularly and provide current downloads at mytpms.com.au/downloads. Tool capabilities may be extended or refined through firmware updates after purchase.
  • Errors and Omissions: Where a product has been listed with an incorrect price or specification due to a typographical or data entry error, we reserve the right to correct the error prior to or after payment and will notify you immediately if your order is affected. You may cancel the affected order for a full refund in such circumstances.
Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer

TPMS sensors are vehicle-safety components that must be installed correctly by a qualified tyre technician or by following our provided DIY instructions precisely. While our TPMS Relearn Guide and Application Downloads are provided to assist with fitment, compatibility varies between vehicle makes, models, model years, and manufacturing regions. We strongly recommend the following before and during installation:

  • Contact our team before purchasing — provide your vehicle make, model, year, and VIN if available, and we will confirm suitability at no obligation via phone at +61 1300 818 030, email, live chat, or WhatsApp.
  • Refer to the product-specific Application Download and Operating Manual available on our website prior to installation to confirm the correct programming procedure for your vehicle model.
  • Have the sensors professionally installed by a qualified tyre technician where you are uncertain of the TPMS relearn procedure for your specific vehicle make and model.

Safety Notice: TPMS sensors are road-safety critical components. Incorrect installation, use of incompatible sensors, or bypassing the TPMS warning system may affect the safety performance of your vehicle and may constitute a breach of roadworthiness requirements in your state, territory, or country. Always confirm compatibility before installation and, when in doubt, seek professional assistance.

Diagnostic Tools and Programming Equipment

Our TPMS diagnostic tools — including the Automate A01 and A02 with OBD support — and sensor cloning/programming tools are supplied as complete, functional, ready-to-use equipment. Tool capabilities described on each product page reflect current firmware at the time of sale. We provide firmware update files and installation guides at mytpms.com.au/downloads. For step-by-step guidance, our How-To Videos are available at mytpms.com.au/how_to_videos.

Section 05
Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms published at the time of checkout. The display of products on our website is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only upon our dispatch of a formal Order Confirmation email to the email address you provide at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order before an Order Confirmation has been issued in the following circumstances:

  • A product has become unavailable or out of stock after your order was placed but before it was dispatched
  • A pricing or product description error has been identified on the listing that materially affects the basis of the sale
  • Payment authorisation is declined or cannot be verified by our payment processor
  • We are unable to ship to the address provided under our current carrier arrangements or applicable export restrictions
  • The order appears to be fraudulent, or has been placed in breach of these terms or applicable law

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method and notify you by email of the reason for the cancellation.

Once your Order Confirmation email is dispatched, your purchase becomes legally binding on both parties. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@mytpms.com.au or call +61 1300 818 030 — cancellations must be requested before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Section 06
Shipping, Delivery & Import Obligations

MyTPMS Australia dispatches orders from our warehouse located at Factory 5–6, 44–50 Westall Rd, Springvale, Victoria 3171, Australia. Full details of our shipping arrangements, carrier partners, and delivery timeframes are published in our Shipping Policy.

Australian Domestic Shipping
  • Free express shipping is available Australia-wide on qualifying orders. Where a free shipping promotion is active, it applies automatically at checkout for orders meeting the minimum spend threshold stated in the current promotion.
  • Estimated domestic delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier workload, public holidays, weather events, and remote location surcharges or delays applied by the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend ensuring your nominated delivery address is secure, attended, or has appropriate safe-drop instructions on your account.
International Shipping

We ship to international destinations worldwide. International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, GST (where applicable in their country), brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by their country's customs or border authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not collected by MyTPMS Australia at any point during the transaction.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and resulting delays, which are entirely outside our control. We will not be liable for any delays, storage fees, or losses caused by customs processing in the destination country.
  • If an international shipment is refused at customs or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient — including an incorrect address, refusal to pay applicable import duties, or failure to complete customs documentation — any return freight costs or disposal fees may be deducted from any refund that may be issued.
  • It is the full responsibility of the international customer to ensure that TPMS sensors and related diagnostic equipment are legal to import and use in their destination jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
Export Controls and Restricted Destinations

All products sold by MyTPMS Australia are standard commercial automotive parts and accessories. They are not subject to Australian Defence Export Controls or dual-use controls under the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958. However, we do not knowingly ship to destinations subject to Australian Government sanctions as administered by the Australian Sanctions Office (ASO) under the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth) or applicable United Nations Security Council resolutions. Orders to sanctioned destinations will be refused and refunded in full.

Section 07
Consumer Guarantees & Australian Consumer Law

Your ACL rights are guaranteed and cannot be excluded. Our products come with non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this Legal Notice, our Terms and Conditions, or any other policy document limits, qualifies, or removes those statutory guarantees.

Statutory Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, when you purchase products from MyTPMS Australia as a consumer, our products carry the following non-excludable statutory guarantees:

GuaranteeWhat It Means For You
Acceptable QualityProducts are safe, durable, free from defects, and acceptable in appearance and finish. For TPMS sensors, this means they will reliably perform the function of monitoring and transmitting tyre pressure data to the vehicle ECU as described.
Fit for PurposeIf you communicated the specific purpose for which you needed the product and we confirmed it was suitable, the product must fulfil that stated purpose within a reasonable period.
Match DescriptionProducts must correspond precisely to any description, specification, vehicle compatibility chart, or sample we provided before or at the time of sale — whether on the product page, in written correspondence, or verbally via our support channels.
Spare Parts & Repair FacilitiesWe will take reasonable steps to ensure that spare parts and repair facilities are available for a reasonable period after the time of sale, in accordance with the expected useful life of the product.
Undisturbed PossessionWe guarantee your right to quiet possession of the product — no third party will have a superior legal right to repossess the item from you after you have completed payment.
Clear TitleWe have clear and unencumbered title to all products we sell. You receive full and uncontested ownership upon delivery and completion of payment.
Remedies — Major vs Minor Failures

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your available remedy depends on whether the failure is classified as major or minor under the ACL:

  • Major Failure: You may choose a full refund, a replacement product of the same type and comparable quality, or compensation for the reduction in the product's value. A major failure is one where the product would not have been purchased had the consumer been fully aware of the failure, the product is substantially unfit for its stated purpose, or the product creates a safety risk.
  • Minor Failure: We may choose to repair the item, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund. We aim to resolve all minor failures within a reasonable timeframe and without significant inconvenience to you. If we elect to repair the item, the repair must be completed within a reasonable time.

To exercise your ACL rights, please contact our team at sales@mytpms.com.au, call us on +61 1300 818 030, or use the contact form on our Contact Us page. Full details of our return and refund procedures are outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.

International Consumer Rights

In addition to Australian Consumer Law, international customers may be entitled to rights and remedies under the laws of their own country. We honour applicable consumer protection laws for international buyers and will assess international claims under both Australian law and any applicable foreign consumer protection frameworks where legally required. Contact us to discuss how your local consumer rights apply to your purchase from MyTPMS Australia.

Section 08
Returns, Refunds & Change-of-Mind Policy

Our complete returns and refunds process is published in our Returns and Refund Policy. The following terms apply to all return and refund requests:

  • Where a product fails to meet a statutory consumer guarantee under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy — repair, replacement, or full refund — at no cost to you, including covering the cost of return postage where the failure is confirmed as major.
  • Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received to be eligible for a remedy under our voluntary policy. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or physical damage are not covered by our voluntary returns policy, although your statutory ACL rights may still apply in certain circumstances.
  • For change-of-mind returns, we may at our discretion accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging within a reasonable period of receipt. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the buyer's sole expense. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain approval and shipping instructions.
  • Wholesale orders, bulk purchases, and special-order items may be subject to different return conditions — please refer to the wholesale agreement or contact our team for clarification before placing a large or specialised order.

Do not return any product without first contacting us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Unauthorised returns — those sent without prior approval and an RMA number — may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au or call +61 1300 818 030 to initiate a return.

Section 09
Lifetime Warranty & Warranty Disclosure

MyTPMS Australia offers a Lifetime Warranty on eligible products. Full details, conditions, and the warranty claims process are published on our Lifetime Warranty page. The following summary applies to all eligible purchases.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that were present at or attributable to the time of original manufacture
  • Electronic or functional failure of the sensor unit that is not caused by external physical damage, chemical exposure, or misuse by the user
  • Failure of the sensor to communicate with the vehicle's TPMS receiver system under normal operating conditions, when the sensor has been installed correctly and in a compatible vehicle
What Is Not Covered
  • Physical damage or impact damage caused during tyre fitting, removal, rotation, or other tyre service operations by a third party
  • Normal wear and tear, including battery depletion over time — TPMS sensor batteries are sealed, non-replaceable, and have a finite operational lifespan of approximately 5–10 years under typical Australian driving conditions
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, use outside specified operating temperature or pressure ranges, or use in incompatible vehicles contrary to our published compatibility information
  • Products that have been modified, reprogrammed using unauthorised tools, or physically disassembled in an attempt at self-repair
  • Corrosion damage resulting from exposure to chemical tyre sealants, road salt environments, or other corrosive substances not encountered under normal driving conditions

Battery Life Disclosure: All TPMS sensors contain a sealed, non-replaceable internal battery with an estimated operational lifespan of approximately 5–10 years under typical driving conditions. At end-of-battery-life, the sensor will require replacement. Our Lifetime Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects but does not extend battery life beyond its natural electrochemical capacity.

Our Lifetime Warranty is offered as a voluntary commercial guarantee and is provided in addition to — and does not limit, restrict, or replace — your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the ACL provides greater protection than our voluntary warranty in any specific circumstance, your ACL rights take full precedence.

Section 10
Payment Security & Financial Disclosures

MyTPMS Australia takes the security of your payment information extremely seriously. Our full Payment Security Policy is published at mytpms.com.au/payment-security-policy. The following applies to every transaction processed through our website:

  • All payment transactions are processed exclusively through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. MyTPMS Australia does not store, process, or have access to full credit or debit card numbers on our own servers at any time.
  • Our website uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our server. You can confirm a secure connection by checking for the padlock icon and "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other options displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, order value, and currency.
  • We will never request payment via unsecured or unusual means — such as direct bank transfer for standard retail orders, gift cards, or cryptocurrency — unless explicitly listed as an available checkout option at the time of your order.

If you suspect that a fraudulent transaction has occurred using our website or business name, please contact us immediately at sales@mytpms.com.au or call +61 1300 818 030, and also report the matter promptly to your bank or card issuer to initiate a fraud investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTPMS Australia's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products or website — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or any other legal basis — is limited to the total amount actually paid by you for the specific product(s) to which the claim directly relates.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, MyTPMS Australia excludes liability for the following types of loss or damage:

  • Loss or damage arising from reliance on our website compatibility guides, relearn procedures, how-to videos, or any other website content without independent verification for your specific vehicle configuration
  • Any damage to your vehicle, tyres, or associated components caused by incorrect installation of TPMS sensors or misuse of diagnostic tools, except where directly caused by a proven manufacturing defect in the product itself
  • Delays, losses, or costs caused by carrier disruptions, force majeure events, international customs delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
