About This Statement & Its Purpose

This Brand Authenticity Statement is published by MyTPMS Australia (ABN: 53 807 701 500), trading as MyTPMS Automate Sensors, at our website mytpms.com.au. It exists to provide full and transparent disclosure to customers, trade buyers, wholesale partners, and any third-party platform reviewer about the origin, ownership, and authorisation status of every brand and product category we sell.

The automotive parts and accessories category — which includes Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors and associated diagnostic tools — is a segment where counterfeit, misrepresented, and grey-market products do exist in online marketplaces globally. Customers, trade buyers, and fleet operators deserve to know exactly what they are purchasing, from whom, and with what backing. This statement sets out unambiguously where each of our products comes from, who owns the brand, and why we are legitimately entitled to sell them.

Our Core Commitment: Every product sold through mytpms.com.au is a genuine, physical, in-stock product. We do not sell counterfeit goods, grey-market imports obtained through unauthorised channels, refurbished goods represented as new, or products that misrepresent their brand, specification, or compatibility. This is our unconditional commitment to every customer in Australia and worldwide.

This statement is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct in trade and commerce, and the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth), which governs the lawful use of registered trade marks in Australia. It is also consistent with our obligations as an honest and transparent online retailer operating advertising campaigns.

Section 03
Our Brand Architecture — Four Distinct Product Tiers

MyTPMS Australia operates a clearly structured product portfolio comprising four distinct tiers, each with a different brand origin, supply relationship, and authenticity basis. Understanding this structure allows customers to know precisely what they are buying, who stands behind the product, and what after-sales rights apply.

Tier 1 — Own Brand
Automate
Our Own Brand
The Automate brand is owned by MyTPMS Australia. Automate TPMS sensors and diagnostic tools (A01, A02) are our own-brand products designed, specified, and quality-controlled by our team and manufactured under our direction.
Tier 2 — Authorised Distribution
Autel
Authorised Distributor
Autel-branded TPMS sensors and tools sold on our website are genuine Autel products from Autel Intelligent Technology Corp. Ltd, supplied to us through our authorised wholesale supply arrangement.
Tier 2 — Authorised Distribution
Hamaton U-Pro
Authorised Distributor
Hamaton U-Pro sensors sold on our website are genuine Hamaton Automotive Technology Co. Ltd products, supplied through our authorised trade supply relationship.
Tier 3 — OE Replacement
OE Replacement Sensors
Genuine OE Spec
Direct-fit sensors matching the original factory specification for specific vehicle applications. These are genuine replacement parts supplied by established automotive component suppliers, not counterfeit imitations.
Tier 4 — Vehicle-Specific Kits
DIY TPMS Master Kits
Complete Kit Solutions
Vehicle-specific DIY kits combining Automate own-brand or OE-specification sensors with compatible programming tools. All kit components are genuine, matched, and tested for their nominated vehicle application.

No product sold on our website belongs to an unnamed, unverified, or generic "no-brand" category. Every product can be traced to a specific brand owner, manufacturer, or supply source, and we are prepared to provide documentation to confirm the authenticity of any product on request. Contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au for any verification inquiry.

Section 04
The Automate Brand — Our Own Intellectual Property

The Automate brand is the exclusive intellectual property of MyTPMS Australia. The Automate product range — comprising Automate OE-Quality TPMS sensors, the Automate A01 TPMS Diagnostic Service Tool, the Automate A02 TPMS Diagnostic Service Tool with OBD, and the Automate DIY TPMS Master Kits sold under the Automate name — are products that we have designed, specified, sourced, and brought to market under our own brand name and with our own quality standards.

What "Own Brand" Means for You as a Customer
  • Direct Accountability: Because MyTPMS Australia owns the Automate brand, we are the first and final point of accountability for all product quality, warranty claims, and after-sales support for Automate products. There is no intermediary distributor or brand owner to escalate to — we are the brand owner, and we take that responsibility seriously.
  • Lifetime Warranty Backed by the Brand Owner: The Lifetime Warranty we offer on Automate TPMS sensors is issued directly by MyTPMS Australia as the brand owner — not as a reseller making warranty claims on someone else's behalf. Our Lifetime Warranty commitment is an unconditional quality guarantee backed by our own resources.
  • Quality Specification Control: As the brand owner, MyTPMS Australia sets the engineering specifications, material standards, and performance requirements that Automate sensors must meet. Our specifications are benchmarked against OE (Original Equipment) sensor performance requirements, which is why we describe Automate sensors as "OE-Quality" — they are designed to perform to the same triggering accuracy and longevity standards as factory-fit sensors.
  • Companion Application Ownership: The Automate TPMS App, available for download via our Application Downloads page, is developed and maintained by MyTPMS Australia as part of the Automate product ecosystem. All app content, feature updates, and compatibility releases are managed by our team.
  • RCM Compliance Under Our Brand: Automate-branded radio frequency devices sold for the Australian market are supplied with the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) under our own brand compliance obligations as the brand owner and importer of record. We hold responsibility for ensuring our Automate products comply with ACMA's radiocommunications and electromagnetic compatibility standards.

Autel Brand Products — Authorised Distribution Statement

Autel-branded TPMS sensors and diagnostic tools sold through mytpms.com.au are genuine products manufactured by Autel Intelligent Technology Corp. Ltd, a Shenzhen-based global automotive technology company and one of the world's leading manufacturers of professional TPMS tools and diagnostic equipment. MyTPMS Australia supplies genuine Autel products through our established wholesale supply chain.

Genuineness of Autel Products We Sell
  • Genuine Autel Products: All Autel-branded items listed on our website are authentic Autel products, not counterfeit replicas, refurbished units sold as new, or rebranded alternatives misrepresented under the Autel name. They carry Autel's own product markings, serial numbers, and original packaging.
  • Warranty Basis for Autel Products: Autel products are supported by the manufacturer's standard warranty for the relevant product type. As the seller, MyTPMS Australia is your first point of contact for any warranty claim on Autel products purchased from us. We will facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Intellectual Property Acknowledgement: The Autel name, logo, product designs, and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Autel Intelligent Technology Corp. Ltd. MyTPMS Australia does not claim any ownership of the Autel brand and uses the Autel name solely to accurately identify the branded products we are authorised to sell.

MyTPMS Australia is not the exclusive national distributor of Autel products in Australia. Other authorised Autel stockists may exist in the Australian market. Our supply of genuine Autel products is maintained through our wholesale purchasing arrangements and we stand fully behind the authenticity of every Autel product we sell. If you have any concern about an Autel product purchased from us, contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au.

Section 06
Hamaton U-Pro Brand — Authorised Distribution Statement

Hamaton U-Pro TPMS sensors sold through our website are genuine products manufactured by Hamaton Automotive Technology Co. Ltd, a globally recognised professional TPMS sensor manufacturer headquartered in the United Kingdom and China, known for producing high-quality programmable multi-application TPMS sensors used extensively by automotive workshops worldwide.

Genuineness of Hamaton Products We Sell
  • Authentic Hamaton Products: All Hamaton U-Pro sensors listed on our website are genuine Hamaton products carrying the manufacturer's own product identification, internal part numbers, and original packaging. They are not counterfeit copies, knock-off equivalents, or rebranded products falsely described as Hamaton.
  • After-Sales Support: Hamaton products purchased from MyTPMS Australia are supported by our team for all after-sales inquiries. We will process warranty assessments and facilitate manufacturer claims for genuine Hamaton product defects through our supply chain in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Intellectual Property Acknowledgement: The Hamaton name, U-Pro brand designation, product logos, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Hamaton Automotive Technology Co. Ltd. MyTPMS Australia uses these brand identifiers solely for the purpose of accurately describing the branded products we sell and does not claim any ownership over the Hamaton brand or its associated IP.
Section 07
OE Replacement Sensors — Sourcing, Authenticity & Description Accuracy

Our OE Replacement TPMS Sensor range consists of genuine direct-fit replacement sensors that are designed and manufactured to match the original factory specifications of specific vehicle makes and models. These products are supplied to MyTPMS Australia by established automotive component manufacturers and distributors operating within the legitimate aftermarket supply chain.

What "OE Replacement" Means — and What It Does Not Mean

The term "OE Replacement" or "OE-Compatible" as used on our website means that the sensor is an aftermarket component designed to the same functional specification as the original factory sensor — it is engineered to fit the same application, transmit on the same frequency, use the same communication protocol, and trigger the vehicle's TPMS warning light at the same pressure threshold as the original equipment sensor. The term does not mean the product is manufactured by the original vehicle manufacturer or is sourced from the vehicle manufacturer's OEM supply chain unless the listing explicitly states this.

What We Explicitly Do Not Sell
  • We do not sell counterfeit sensors bearing false OEM part numbers or vehicle manufacturer logos without the authorisation of the relevant vehicle manufacturer.
  • We do not source OE replacement sensors from unverified suppliers, informal import channels, or wholesale markets where product authenticity cannot be confirmed.
  • We do not describe a product as OE quality unless it genuinely meets the functional performance specification we have verified through testing or supplier certification.
  • We do not list OE replacement sensors for vehicle applications we have not independently confirmed to be compatible through our own technical review process.

If you require a sensor that is a direct OEM part sourced from a vehicle manufacturer's parts division — rather than an OE-specification aftermarket replacement — please contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au before ordering so we can clarify the sourcing of the specific product you need. We will always give you an honest and accurate answer.

Section 08
Supply Chain Transparency & Anti-Counterfeiting Commitment

MyTPMS Australia operates a controlled, documented supply chain for all product categories. Our supply relationships are maintained with identifiable manufacturers, importers, and wholesale distributors whose operations are verifiable. We do not purchase products from anonymous online wholesale platforms, unverified overseas clearance markets, or any source where the product's manufacturing origin and compliance history cannot be established.

Our Supply Chain Transparency Practices
Supplier Documentation
We maintain purchase records, supplier invoices, and product compliance documentation for all product categories. These records are retained and available for audit in the event of any authenticity dispute or regulatory inquiry.
Incoming Inspection
All product batches received at our Springvale warehouse undergo incoming quality inspection to confirm product identity, physical condition, and compliance marking before being entered into our available stock.
Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits
If a counterfeit or misrepresented product is ever identified in our supply chain at any stage, we will immediately cease sale of the affected products, notify all affected customers, and cooperate fully with the relevant brand owner and regulatory authorities.
Verified Freight Carriers
We ship exclusively with established, tracked courier and freight services — including Australia Post Express and leading domestic and international carriers — ensuring that products dispatched from our warehouse arrive in the same genuine, undamaged condition in which they left it.
Performance Benchmarking
Automate-brand sensors are periodically tested against OE sensor benchmarks to confirm that the triggering frequency, pressure accuracy, and communication protocol of current stock remains consistent with our published specifications.
Continuous Review
Our product catalogue is reviewed regularly to remove any listings that can no longer be sourced from our verified supply chain. We do not maintain listings for products we cannot obtain from confirmed, legitimate sources.
Section 09
How Customers Can Verify Product Authenticity

We encourage customers to verify the authenticity of any product they receive from us. The following steps describe how you can confirm that what you receive is the genuine product you ordered.

1
Check Product Packaging and Markings
Genuine Automate-brand products are packaged in branded Automate packaging and carry our logo, product name, part number, and compliance markings. Genuine Autel and Hamaton products arrive in their respective manufacturer's original packaging with their own brand markings, serial numbers, and internal product identification visible.
2
Confirm Compliance Marks on the Product
Genuine TPMS sensors sold for the Australian market carry the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) on the sensor body or sensor packaging. Wireless diagnostic tools should carry the RCM mark and, where applicable for the relevant export market, CE, FCC, or other regional compliance marks. If a product you receive carries no compliance markings at all, contact us immediately.
3
Test with a Diagnostic Tool
TPMS sensors can be activated and their ID and frequency read by a compatible TPMS diagnostic tool. If you have access to the Automate A01 or A02 tool (or another professional TPMS tool), you can confirm that the sensor transmits on the correct frequency and that the sensor ID is valid and readable. A counterfeit sensor will often fail to transmit a readable ID or will transmit an incorrect frequency.
4
Cross-Reference Your Order Confirmation
Your order confirmation email from MyTPMS Australia contains the specific product name, part number, and quantity you ordered. Cross-reference the product you receive against your order confirmation to confirm you have received the correct item.
5
Contact Us If Anything Looks Incorrect
If you receive a product that does not match your order confirmation, appears to be damaged, lacks expected packaging or markings, or otherwise raises any authenticity concern, contact us immediately at sales@mytpms.com.au or call +61 1300 818 030 before fitting the product. We will respond within one business day and will resolve any genuine issue promptly.
Section 10
Prohibited Products Declaration — What We Do Not Sell

To remove any ambiguity about the nature of our inventory, the following is an explicit declaration of the categories of products that MyTPMS Australia does not stock, list, sell, or supply through any channel.

MyTPMS Australia categorically does not sell counterfeit goods, goods of uncertain origin, replica products, or products misrepresented under a brand name they do not genuinely belong to. We regard the sale of counterfeit products as a serious breach of both our legal obligations and our ethical standards as an Australian business, and we cooperate fully with any investigation into counterfeit automotive parts in Australia or internationally.

  • Counterfeit or Replica Sensors: We do not sell sensors bearing false or unauthorised use of any manufacturer's trademark, OEM part number, or brand marking. Every branded product we sell carries the genuine brand markings of the brand owner who manufactured it.
  • Non-Compliant RF Devices: We do not sell TPMS sensors or wireless diagnostic tools that lack the RCM mark required for sale in Australia under the Radiocommunications Act 1992 (Cth), or that transmit on frequencies not approved for vehicular use in their intended market.
  • Refurbished Products Represented as New: We do not sell refurbished, remanufactured, or used sensors or diagnostic tools as new products. All products listed as new on our website are new, unused goods in their original manufacturer packaging.
  • Products With Falsified Compatibility Data: We do not knowingly list a sensor as compatible with a vehicle application that it is not technically compatible with, and we do not manipulate vehicle compatibility data to inflate our listed application range beyond what has been verified.
  • Unregistered Goods Obtained Through Grey-Market Import: We do not source products through unofficial parallel import channels that circumvent normal customs, compliance, and import clearance procedures for Australia. All products we import are legally declared and cleared through Australian customs.
  • Products Subject to Active Recalls: We do not knowingly list or sell any product that is subject to an active safety recall or mandatory supplier recall notice from the ACCC, a vehicle manufacturer, or the product's brand owner. If a recall is announced for any product currently in our inventory, we will immediately remove the listing and notify affected customers.
Section 11
Pricing Integrity & No Deceptive Pricing Practices

All prices displayed on the MyTPMS Australia website are genuine selling prices denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not engage in deceptive pricing practices, artificial reference price inflation, false "was/now" pricing, or misleading discount advertising that does not reflect a genuine reduction from our ordinary selling price.

Our Pricing Commitments Under Australian Consumer Law
  • GST-Inclusive Pricing for Australian Customers: All prices displayed on our website for orders delivered within Australia are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). GST is applied and displayed transparently at checkout.
  • No False "Was" Prices: Any discount or sale price shown on our website reflects a genuine price reduction from the regular selling price at which the product was offered for a real and recent period. We do not fabricate artificially high "original" prices to create the false appearance of a larger discount, in compliance with the ACCC's guidance on reference pricing under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Price Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate and current. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify the customer before processing the order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see on our product pages is the price you pay for the product itself. Any applicable shipping charges are disclosed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no undisclosed administrative fees, handling fees, or processing surcharges added to your order at the point of payment.
  • Promotional Codes and Discounts: Where we offer promotional discount codes (such as "10OFF"), these represent genuine reductions from our current standard selling prices. The terms and conditions of any active promotion are disclosed on the relevant page or in the promotional communication.

The Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct and false representations in connection with the price of goods. The ACCC enforces these provisions actively in the e-commerce sector. MyTPMS Australia's pricing practices are designed to fully comply with these requirements and with the ACCC's published guidance on honest pricing.

Section 12
Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Trademark Disclosure

MyTPMS Australia operates with full respect for the intellectual property rights of all third parties, including vehicle manufacturers, TPMS technology companies, automotive parts suppliers, and software developers. The use of any third-party trademark, brand name, logo, or product identifier on our website is strictly limited to its lawful purpose of accurately identifying products and their compatibility applications.

Our Own Intellectual Property
  • Automate Brand: The Automate brand name, all Automate product names and model designations, the Automate logo, the Automate TPMS App, and all original content associated with the Automate brand are the intellectual property of MyTPMS Australia. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of the Automate brand or its assets without our prior written consent constitutes trademark and copyright infringement.
  • Website Content: All original text, TPMS relearn guides, vehicle compatibility charts, how-to video content, product images created by our team, website design, and technical documentation published at mytpms.com.au are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and are owned by MyTPMS Australia.
  • Application Software: The source code, interface design, and functionality of the Automate TPMS companion application are proprietary software owned by MyTPMS Australia and protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
Third-Party Trademarks We Reference

The following third-party trademarks appear on our website solely to identify compatible vehicle applications or to describe branded products we sell through authorised supply channels. All rights in these trademarks remain with their respective owners:

Brand / Trademark Owner Context of Use on Our Website
Autel Autel Intelligent Technology Corp. Ltd To identify genuine Autel-brand products we sell through our supply chain
Hamaton / U-Pro Hamaton Automotive Technology Co. Ltd To identify genuine Hamaton-brand products we sell through our supply chain
Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, LDV, INEOS, Isuzu, Chery, Great Wall, and all other vehicle manufacturer names Respective vehicle manufacturers To identify vehicle models compatible with our TPMS products; no affiliation, endorsement, or manufacturer relationship is implied

MyTPMS Australia is an independent Australian business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any vehicle manufacturer referenced on our website. References to vehicle brand names on our website are made lawfully under the principle of nominative fair use — for the sole purpose of identifying compatible product applications.

Section 13
Advertising Accuracy & Honest Product Representation

All product listings, advertisements, and promotional content published by MyTPMS Australia — whether on our own website, in email communications, on social media, or through any online advertising platform — are prepared with the intent to accurately and honestly represent our products. We do not knowingly make false or misleading claims about our products, their specifications, their compatibility, their origin, or their price.

Our Advertising Accuracy Standards
  • Product Titles Reflect Actual Products: Every product title in our store refers to a real, physical product that we have in stock and are able to dispatch. We do not list products under titles that suggest a higher-specification product than what is actually being sold.
  • Product Images Are Accurate: Product images on our website depict the actual product being sold — or a representative image of the same product — and are not stock images of different or superior products used to misrepresent what the customer will receive.
  • "OE Quality" Claims Are Substantiated: Where we describe a product as "OE Quality" or "Original Equipment Quality," this claim reflects our genuine assessment of the product's performance against OE specifications based on our product testing and supplier technical data. This claim is not used as a generic marketing label for products we have not assessed against OE standards.
  • Compatibility Claims Are Based on Technical Verification: Vehicle compatibility information in our product listings and on our dedicated relearn guide pages is based on technical data, sensor protocol databases, and our own field testing. We update compatibility listings when errors are identified and welcome customer reports of any inaccuracy through our contact channels.
  • Lifetime Warranty Claims Are Genuine: Our Lifetime Warranty offer on Automate sensors is a genuine, substantive warranty backed by our resources as the brand owner. The full terms are published on our Lifetime Warranty page and include clear coverage terms, exclusions, and claim procedures. It is not a marketing headline without substance.

The Australian Consumer Law (ss. 18, 29, 33, and 34) prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct, false representations about goods and services, and misleading representations about prices in trade and commerce. MyTPMS Australia's advertising and product listing practices are designed to comply fully with these provisions, and we review all listings regularly to identify and correct any unintended misrepresentation.

Section 14
Australian Consumer Law & Fair Trading Compliance

MyTPMS Australia's business operations and all customer-facing communications, product listings, and commercial practices are fully subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and is enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and state consumer affairs agencies including Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) — s. 120 Prohibits trade mark infringement through unauthorised use of a registered mark in trade We use third-party trademarks only to identify branded products we have lawful authority to sell, or to identify vehicle compatibility applications under nominative fair use

If you believe any product listing or communication from MyTPMS Australia contains a false or misleading statement about brand, origin, quality, or price, we ask you to contact us first at sales@mytpms.com.au so we can investigate and rectify it promptly. You also have the right to report concerns directly to the ACCC at accc.gov.au.

Section 16
Reporting Counterfeit Products & Customer Protection

MyTPMS Australia actively supports the protection of customers against counterfeit automotive parts. Counterfeit TPMS sensors — those that are falsely manufactured to imitate a genuine brand's products — pose a direct road safety risk because they may fail to meet the performance standards of the genuine product, transmit on incorrect frequencies, trigger at incorrect pressure thresholds, or fail prematurely. We encourage all customers to purchase TPMS sensors only from identifiable, verifiable sellers with a clear physical address, contactable support team, and published return and warranty policies.

How to Identify a Potentially Counterfeit TPMS Sensor
  • Unusually Low Price: A sensor being sold at a price significantly below the market rate for a named brand's genuine product may indicate a counterfeit. Genuine TPMS sensors from established manufacturers carry a real cost of production and certification that is reflected in their price.
  • Poor Packaging Quality: Counterfeit products often arrive in poor-quality, generic, or incorrectly printed packaging. Genuine Automate, Autel, and Hamaton products all come in branded packaging with correctly spelled product names, part numbers, and compliance marks.
  • Absent or Incorrect Compliance Marks: A sensor sold for the Australian market that lacks the RCM mark, or carries a compliance mark that does not match the transmission frequency or product type, may be non-compliant or counterfeit.
  • Failure to Activate or Transmit Correctly: A counterfeit sensor may fail to activate when triggered by a TPMS tool, may transmit on a different frequency than labelled, or may transmit a malformed or non-standard sensor ID that the vehicle's TPMS ECU does not recognise.
How to Report a Suspected Counterfeit
1
Contact MyTPMS Australia
If you suspect that a product purchased from our website may be counterfeit or materially different from what was described, contact us immediately at sales@mytpms.com.au or call +61 1300 818 030. Do not install the product. We will investigate urgently and respond within one business day.
2
Contact the ACCC or IP Australia
Suspected counterfeiting of a registered trade mark in Australia can be reported to accc.gov.au (for consumer protection and false representation issues) or to IP Australia for trade mark infringement concerns.
3
Report to the Brand Owner
If you suspect counterfeit Autel or Hamaton products are being sold by any party, you may also report directly to the relevant brand owner. Both Autel and Hamaton operate brand protection programmes and take counterfeiting seriously.
Section 17
Quality Certifications, Compliance Marks & Standards We Meet

MyTPMS Australia's Automate-brand products and the third-party branded products we supply hold the following compliance certifications and marks, which are evidence of their genuineness, regulatory approval, and quality testing against recognised standards.

RCM — Regulatory Compliance Mark (AU/NZ)
CE Mark — European Conformity
FCC ID — US Federal Communications Commission
IC — Industry Canada / ISED
RoHS — Restriction of Hazardous Substances
ACMA — Radiocommunications Compliance
ISO 21750 / UNECE R64 — TPMS Performance Standard
Documentation Availability

Compliance and certification documentation for specific products in our range is available on request. If you are a fleet operator, automotive workshop, regulatory body, or wholesale trade buyer requiring documentary evidence of product certification, compliance marking, or quality standards for any specific product we sell, contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au with the product name and the specific documentation required, and we will provide all available documentation promptly.

Our willingness to provide compliance documentation on request is itself a transparency commitment. Any seller of genuine, compliant products can produce documentation to support their product's authenticity and regulatory status. If a seller is unable or unwilling to provide such documentation, it is a significant indicator that their products may not be genuine or compliant.

Section 18
Changes to This Statement

MyTPMS Australia may update this Brand Authenticity Statement from time to time to reflect changes to our product range, supply relationships, brand ownership, applicable laws, or our own internal compliance standards. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where a change to this statement reflects a material change to our supply relationships — for example, the addition of a new authorised brand, the termination of a distribution arrangement, or a change in the manufacturing source of any product — we will review and update all affected product listings at the same time to ensure consistency between this statement and the product information available to customers.

We encourage customers, trade buyers, and wholesale partners to review this page periodically, particularly before making significant purchase decisions or entering into ongoing supply arrangements with us. If you have a specific question about whether information on this page is current and accurate, contact us at sales@mytpms.com.au and we will confirm the current position.
